No foot mats or bathroom slippers were provided, making the rooms messy after using the washroom. no towel racks were near the shower, and there was no option for card payment, only online or net banking.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful views. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel also offered excellent services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
